​I'm chef Ellard and I'm passionate about local and ethnic food. Hire me to plan and execute a memorable meal for you at your home, vacation rental, or outdoor location. I can create menus and customized food experiences for 12 people or less based on your preferences. 

​I source quality, local ingredients and like to cook, as well as, educate people about the great foods available here on Hawai'i Island. Some of my specialties include Italian, Thai, Vietnamese, Sri Lankan, Local Island Style, BBQ, Seafood, Surf-N-Turf, and more.
