The Culinary Edge TVThe Culinary Edge TV combines food, culture, travel, science, music, education, story-telling, family recipes and interesting characters in authentic food adventures.
Hosted by Chef Ellard, aka 'the Bordaine of the Big Island', CETV seeks out authentic food activities in both urban and rural places across the globe. “One of the best ways to understand culture is through food. Our intention is to spotlight the interesting cooking and food-related activities that people are doing in less discovered, generally non-commercial settings," said chef Ellard "We are also collecting and proliferating amazing family recipes, while informing viewers about different and more locally, environmentally friendly ways people are feeding themselves around the globe," said chef Ellard. Season One features North American locations on the Big Island of Hawaii, San Francisco, Alaska, and Florida among others; and features back yard food excursions, kitchen burlesque shows, luaus, wild food harvests, and some general goofiness. Season Two kicked off in Oahu and explores culture and food around the globe, in Hawai'i, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, India, Maldives, Norway, through the U.S. and back to Hawaii. For season two, Ellard has brought in Bailey Ferguson - a former Miss Nebraska, food lover, and artist - to co-host and help produce this culinary journey. These episodes are currently being released on the CETV Youtube Channel, streaming on Roku on the YouToo TV America Network or can be seen on old school television on Na Leo TV in Hawai'i. The Culinary Edge TV also highlights the new food consciousness that is emerging about the importance of eating food with quality ingredients - not processed crap. And eating as a way to understand other cultures, connect us back with nature, with ourselves and other human beings. Copyright The Culinary Edge TV 2022
